Hello friends, this is a very intense week!
I just want to mention that this might be a week when it feels impossible to care for yourself. If you can, try to find some ways to offer yourself opportunities for self-care. It’s important to remember that self-care does not have to be large, expensive, and time consuming. Think of ways you can take small pauses throughout the week.
